What: Spring 2024 Hike, Camp, and Connect Outing        When: Saturday, April 27th to Sunday, April 28th

Where: Appalachian Trail (Starting at Rt. 341 trailhead)

THIS WILL BE AN ADVANCED THROUGH HIKE WITH ONE OVERNIGHT.

Hiking mileage is expected to be more than 20 miles over two days. Advanced level elevation and terrain. We will start the hike Saturday morning at the Rt. 341 trailhead opening and hike north until reaching designated campsite. No more than 10 hikers to one group, if exceeding 10 total hikers we will make two or more groups. Food, shelter, and all your necessities will need to be carried on your person. Logistics could change if we are able to hike to a parking area and a vehicle with our supplies is there waiting for the overnight.

Logistics: Planning for vehicle parking, transportation back to vehicles, and transportation to the start point will be put out NLT two weeks prior to the hike. If anyone participating has a van for transportation, please contact Silas Holden @ 860-514-9317 (text is fine).
